Irish is a new Black Organization member introduced in Movie 13: The Raven Chaser. Conan first discovers information about him from Vermouth in a parking garage after learning that a police officer dialed the number of that person. Unsure of who Irish is, he suspects all the police present at the meeting. Irish is later seen looking for information on Conan Edogawa. He steals a helmet Shinichi Kudo wore previous at school and a clay fin that Conan Edogawa used and compares their fingerprints.
